The wiring of the wind generator must be as shown in the following diagram.

Select the location, where you will install the wind turbine, based on your experience and not the portable wind speed meters.

Assemble the wind turbine according to the instructions you found in the box, together with the parts.
When assembling, you must have the manual brake active before installing the turbine on the center shaft.
Assembly is preferable to do at the point where you plan to finally install the wind generator.
When assembly is complete, do not forget to plug the wind generator into the ground.
If during assembly you find that an accessory does not fit into the holes to be connected, do not modify it in any way. Follow the assembly steps upside down to find out in what previous stage you've made a mistake. The probability that a component is incorrectly processed is zero.

Place the inverter and batteries in the small room under the wind turbine.
In any case, you must use OPzS batteries.
Great care must be taken in the preparation of the terminals on the batteries and the corresponding cables. The cables that connect the batteries to the central controller must have a diameter of 32 mm2.
The batteries are connected to the master controller with two independent connections. One connection provides the master controller with a voltage of 48 DCV and the other connection with a voltage of 24 DCV.
Connect the inverter input from the master controller.
Connect the inverter output to the master controller.

Release the brake.

To choose the size of the batteries you need, you need to decide for how many days without wind you want to have stored energy. If for example your consumption is 18 kw a day and you want energy stored for two days, the batteries will have to store 50 kw.
The best type of battery is OPzS and each battery, in this category, is 2 volts. If you buy 24 such batteries and connect them in series, then the battery pack output will be 48 volts.
If each battery is 1.000 Ah, then the total energy that can be stored is 48 volt x 1.000 Ampere = 48.000 watt. However, from this stored energy only 80% can be used. Therefore, 48.000 watt x 80% = 38.400 watts. In practice, with this level of stored energy, you can cover more than two days without wind because the wind turbine generates energy at very low wind speeds.

To select the size of the inverter you need, you need to calculate the instantaneous maximum power you need (peak consumption).
For example, if you want to use two electrical appliances with very high consumption at the same time, such as the 3 Kw electric oven and one boiler 3 Kw, you need an inverter of 3 + 3 + 2 = 8 Kw.
But if you do not use electrical appliances with very high consumption at the same time and use them gradually during the day, you will need a much smaller inverter and therefore much less money.

During operation, the wind generator must not produce any mechanical noise. Otherwise, you should investigate whether small branches of trees or other small objects come into contact with the moving parts.
The wind turbines of "IASOS" do not need any other maintenance.
