Wind generator cut in wind speed:
    When the generator C8003 is installed in the wind turbine, then, without any load on the generator, the energy required to rotate the turbine is only 1,46 Nm. This is because the C8003 generator is coreless (AFPM), so it does not have resistance to rotation.
    The user defines the cut in speed with a corresponding adjustment of the controller.
Wind generator rated wind speed:
    5 m/s (1000 VA).
    9,28 m/s (2500 VA).
    The rated wind speed is of no particular importance with regard to the turbine, since its efficiency is the same at all operational wind speeds, from 1 m/s to 24 m/s.
The rated wind speed is important in relation to the generator, which is installed inside the wind generator. Thus, the nominal wind speed is the wind speed, in which the wind generator, as a complete
    device (turbine + generator + controller) generates the nominal power..
    The rated wind speed is dependent on the power transmission ratio.
    The drive ratio is inversely proportional to the electrical charge, applied to the generator. It should range from 1/10 (load more from 3 Kw) to 1/19 (load less from 1Kw). In the wind generator "Iasos I", the drive ratio is constant and equal to 1/12.5

    The wind speed, in which the turbine,of the wind generator, for safety reasons, must stop rotating is 28 m/s. The relevant settings are entered into the controller.

Additional equipment for upgrading:
 
a.
Can be install a gasoline engine inside in wind generator, so that during long periods without wind, it is possible to automatically charge the batteries, offering with this way the desired absolute autonomy in electricity.
However, the use of the gasoline engine has more advantages. There is no need to install a large number of batteries. Finally the gasoline engine is silent and does not need to work for long, as it is powerful and it charges the batteries in a short time.
 
b.
Can be install a second generator, inside in wind generator, so that in areas with strong wind the maximum power reaches 120 Kw per day.
 
c.
Can be instal automatic external diffusers, which, whenever strong winds prevail, automatically shut off to effectively protect the wind turbine.
